Development of the Master Plan generating a new population limit, project and construction of social works for the San Agustín ejido. During the legal process that took place to create a development with the characteristics that the Urban Development of San Agustín Valdivia contains, a large and international team had to be coordinated, for this the American company AECOM was hired.
AECOM is a world-renowned planning and architecture firm worldwide, with a position in the top 5 in architects offices and development of master plans. It is a company with a worldwide presence, with various departments and specialties. On this occasion, Zuelos Consulting had the opportunity to work with the Design + Planning area in San Francisco CA.
AECOM Design + Planning developed the Master Plan for the London 2012 Olympic Complex, currently working on Liverpool U.K. (Pier Head Master Plan), Abu Dhabi (Saadiyat Island), Singapore (Singapore Sports Hub) and in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro Olympic and World Cup complex), construction of the WTC in New York, among others.
It was an honor for Zuelos Consutling to have coordinated and supervised the international multidisciplinary team of AECOM in the Urban Development of San Agustín Valdivia.
